Model shoot at Papplewick Pumping station

Last week we helped run 2 model photography shoots at Papplewick Pumping Station for Timeline Events. Chairman of the MPA Ray Lowe was leading the training on both days, teaching everyone how to improve their location portrait photography! This Victorian pump house is absolutely beautiful. Here engineering and design go hand in hand and every little detail is elaborate and decorative which makes it a fantastic place for photography. There is also a disused dried up underground reservoir on site which is simply stunning. Vast brick arches stretch into the darkness and our mobile studio lighting worked wonderfully in illuminating our models and sections of the brick pillars!
